We are renowned supplier of Biogas Blower of premium quality. These blowers are widely used in sewage treatment plants, water treatment plant, fertilizers, grain, sugar industries, gas boosting, liquid agitation and sewage disposal etc.Offered product is appreciated for its durability, energy conserving, stable performance, low noise and high efficiency. These blowers are in high demand nationwide.

Biogas Blowers have been specially developed for pumping of biogas. Gas is sucked from the system and delivered to the desired destination against the system pressure. These are generally used in biogas lines to boost the gas pressures to meet the system input demand. Special material of construction, lubrication and sealing arrangements make them ideal choice for biogas applications. For inflammable and toxic gases leak tightness is ensured. For Gas Blower selection one has to consider the characteristic, nature of gas, composition, temperature, required gas flow rate & pressure etc. Motor can be sized accurately to pressure requirements.

Types of Gas Blower:

  1. Twin Lobe & Tri Lobe Type Blowers
  2. Centrifugal Type Blowers

Twin Lobe & Tri Lobe Blowers

Twin lobe gas Blower is a positive displacement machine which discharges a constant volume. Pressure is not developed inside the Blower, but by the demand of system. Discharge pressure therefore varies to meet the system’s load conditions (pressure and flow).
Design & Construction Features:

  • 100% oil free air delivery.
  • High volumetric efficiency.
  • Positive gas displacement.
  • Horizontal or vertical gas flow (Inlet and outlet).
  • Less operating power required.
  • Dynamically balanced lobes for smooth operation and longer life.
  • Over sized anti friction bearings for longer operating life.

Centrifugal Type Gas Blowers

Single Stage Blowers:

Single Stage blowers are gas-tight blowers, constructed with spark proof aluminium alloy casing and impellers, using a super glue and halves sealed, shaft with double lip seals so not required lubrication.  On the basis of construction supplied in two forms:

(a) Side Channel Blowers :

The side channel Blower increases the pressure of the aspirated gas by the creation, in the peripheral toroidal channel, of a series of vortexes caused by centrifugal thrust of the impeller. During motion gas is re-compressed repeatedly with a linear pressure increase.

(b)Turbo-tron Blowers :

Machines with a revolutionary impeller, designed to extract or compressed combustible gases, such as bio-logical and natural gas, manufactured with their own shaft and bearings, designed for a wide range of operating speed.
We can offer machines with gas re-circulation (by-pass), machines equipped with gas cooler, machines controlled via frequency inverter.

Multistage Blowers:

The gas is sucked into the first stage through an inlet volute, every next single stage is linked to the former one through a return channel, and a discharge volute collects the gas from the exit of the last stage delivering it to the outlet pipe. A typical “flow rate-pressure” curve is much more flat.

Main Features:

  • Easy installation.
  • Easy maintenance.
  • Low noise level
  • Pulsation free gas flow
  • Minimal maintenance .
  • No gas contamination

Applications:

  • Landfill bio gas recovery to feed burner or gas engines.
  • Tank, Plant or contaminated soil gas recovery to feed burner or torch.
  • Extraction of Bio gas from gasometer, natural gas from pipeline or gasometer, and burner or gas engine feeding.
